It is my understanding, that his absolute fool lost our estate home, he most definitely cost me well over $30,000.00 in new attorney's fees including 18.24% credit card interest rates, and according to estate rep, on record for hearing on or about August 28th 2024, incompetent Segura failed to notif...y him of the stipulated order to divide assets on or about May 17th, 2024 (when the house sold Feb 2023) which led to the following: 1) could have resulted in the arrest of the estate rep 2) made funds unavailable for a Sweet Sixteen, once in a lifetime, birthday party! On record July 31st, 2023, hearing, this sorry excuse for an attorney stated that he, "misfiled the paperwork," which was the accounting for the estate; receipts, spreadsheets, private bank account information etc. As required by law, I gave this looser 14 days to provide me with his malpractice information and of course he is doing the usual by refusing to respond so I am filing a complaint with the New Mexico Bar Association to recover funds hopefully to the max limit of $50,000.00 because WE ARE STILL IN COURT 5 YEARS LATER!!! - The Estate of Martha Winer Pontillo
