Brady C. Pofahl

I contacted one of the Big law firms. I was told they would have to confirm if my case was acceptable for their firm. I looked in the Yellow Pages. I found Pofahl Law with the attorney being Brady Pofahl. I wanted a personable, family owned business that cared about ME, not just a big payday. I ...didn't think I had a difficult case but I wanted representation. I called Pofahl and I was greeted with a friendly voice. I was encouraged to meet with Brady as soon as possible. I met with him within 24 hours. Impressive! Mr. Pofahl (he prefers to be called Brady) interviewed me, taking very detailed notes. He explained the entire process to me. From my initial decision, what to expect from his firm and employees. I could speak to Brady at any time but his employees did most of the research and leg work. This was true. I did have questions on 2 occasions and Brady was immediately on the phone with me. He always asked if I preferred to meet in person or on the phone. My case was dealing with a pre-existing condition that was further damaged and physical therapy. It took 2 years to finally settle but Pofahl was able to settle for more than the average settlement. They negotiated with the insurance companies that initially paid for services I received. They were able to show Medicare that the services they were claiming for reimbursement, had nothing to do with the accident. I would call Pofahl Law immediately. I will not consider anyone else. Brady and his staff put faith back in attorneys. He never lied or steered me in the wrong direction. If you need a personal injury attorney--go no further than Pofahl.
