Robert M Hall

Robert M. Hall is a charter member and partner of the Albuquerque, New Mexico law firm of Hall & Rice, LLC. Mr. Hall graduated from Brigham Young University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the State Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New Mexico and Arizona, and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Hall has represented individuals and institutions in business and real estate transactions, planning and zoning, estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate. He has had a varied background in civil litigation and appellate work. He has served as the chief law enforcement official as the Navajo County Attorney, Arizona, as a city attorney, and as counsel to Northland Pioneer College and numerous school districts, the New Mexico Activities Association, New Mexico League of Municipalities, the New Mexico Association of Counties and the New Mexico Public School Insurance Authority.

Mr. Hall has served in several leadership positions, including President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Albuquerque Chapter and President of the Navapache Bar Association in Arizona. He is active in civic affairs and has a specific interest in the development of youth, serving as a volunteer in Little League, YMCA, and Boy Scouts of America. He has been a guest lecturer at the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a lecturer in continuing education programs.

Mr. Hall is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a nationwide organization of Estate Planning Attorneys.
