Meena H. Allen

Meena Allen is the founding member of Allen Law Firm, LLC. Prior to
starting her own firm, Ms. Allen was a partner for close to fifteen years
at a defense firm. Her practice is focused primarily on the representation
of clients in a wide variety of commercial and insurance related disputes,
including representation in litigation, breach of contract, insurance
coverage and bad faith actions, class actions and medical malpractice. Ms.
Allen has tried numerous cases to verdict. Ms. Allen maintains a vibrant
appellate practice and has authored numerous appellate briefs. She is AV
rated and rated on Super Lawyers as a Coverage attorney for 2015-2025.

Ms. Allen is admitted to the New Mexico bar, U.S. District Court, District
of New Mexico; U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit; New Mexico, Hopi Tribal
Courts and Navajo Nation Tribal Courts. She has also practiced in the
Turtle Mountain Tribal Courts and Ft. Berthold Tribal Courts. Ms. Allen
graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law with an LL.M.;
obtained her JD from Texas Tech University School of Law, MCJ from New
Mexico State University and her Bachelors of Science from University of
Madras. She is a Member of State Bar of New Mexico, Navajo Nation, Hopi
Bar, American Bar Association, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and
Alpha Phi Sigma. Ms. Allen has authored articles for the DRI on insurance
matters.
