Justin found that my settlement was undervalued by at least half when I went to him on initial consultation and stated that he would cancel my settlement agreement, rework a new claim to get my claim to its proper value, submit it and when it came time to go in front of the court he assured me that h...e would have a new, better negotiated value...and that is what happened...very satisfactory for me as all that he said would happen actually did...Thanks!...his billing was fair as well, plus his staff went the extra mile to help me understand and navigate the language...Thank you. From the beginning Justin was very attentive and listened to my issues. He asked very pertinent questions. After gathering all information he sat down with me and explained exactly what all the procedures would be. He made it very clear of what to expect. He helped me get great medical care and was ...great when WC played games with my pay and I was so frustrated. He is very knowledgeable with all the ins and outs of the insanity called Workers Comp and can work through all the speed bumps put in front of the injured worker. If I have the opportunity to recommend Justin in the future he will get the highest recommendation I can give!

Pizzonia never completed my worker's comp. claim. He would agree with me and turn around in court and say nasty remarks to me. He was only looking out for his best interests not his clients. He was only looking for a fast buck. My claim was more complicated and was too complicated for this guy. I... would never recommend this attorney! Terrible!
