Knows very little of his client's needs
Ladd took drastic steps that hurt my brothers and I without ever having met us, never having talked to us, and knowing nothing about our case. Because of his actions we were forced to leave my home, and then when Ladd realized that my parents were innocent and he had made a mistake... what did he do...
