To that end, Lindsay represents plaintiff and defendant businesses in all stages of civil litigation, including to defend them against claims for torts and violations of the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act, auto liability, personal injury, premises liability, worker’s compensation, and employment discrimination. As plaintiff’s counsel, she helps businesses pursue their commercial claims involving contract disputes, collections and foreclosures, and trademark infringement.

Lindsay also assists businesses with their transactional needs, including by, for example, drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, preparing UCC filing statements and continuances, registering trademarks, and preparing mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens.

Lindsay is licensed to practice law in the New Mexico state courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District Court of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Montana State Bar.
