I have extensive trial level and appellate experience covering a range of subject matter that includes: personal injury and tort litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental permitting, land use and quiet title litigation, shareholder disputes, among many other subjects.

I am a board certified specialist in appellate practice. I formed Atler Law Firm, P.C. to focus primarily on appellate work.  Although I continue to handle some matters at the trial level, concentrating on appeals allows me to be a better resource to other litigators who need appellate help or who simply prefer to focus on other areas of their practices.  I have found working with other lawyers to be incredibly effective and rewarding because our strengths and expertise often complement one another.
