Katie Curry

As a partner at McGinn Montoya Love Curry & Sievers PA, Katie Curry is proud to represent clients against large companies and corporations. She primarily focuses her personal injury practice on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises and product liability, and auto and truck accident cases. The driving force of her practice is her eagerness to improve the health and safety of all New Mexico residents.
Ms. Curry cares deeply about her community and devotes time to bettering it. For one, she is a member of the New Mexico Supreme Court Committee on Uniform Jury Instructions on Civil Cases and a board member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. Further, she held membership to the American Inns of Court from 2004 to 2005.

After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in French and news-editorial journalism, Ms. Curry attended the University of New Mexico School of Law. There, she earned the academic honors of Order of the Coif and made the dean's list while working toward her Juris Doctor degree. She has remained passionate about protecting her clients’ rights ever since she was first admitted to practice law in 2006.
