Justin Rodriguez

Justin Rodriguez is a nationally recognized litigation and trial lawyer who frequently handles high-stakes cases for clients such as Intel, BNSF Railway Company, and FedEx Ground. His practice ranges widely over the field of complex business and tort litigation, state Attorney General investigations, insurance litigation, and intellectual property. He has been counsel in cases involving patent infringement, securities fraud, commercial contracts, wrongful death, qui tam and antitrust. Justin routinely litigates complex cases for Fortune 500 clients throughout the Southwest, including in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Justin has represented companies in some of their most important cases on a variety of complex claims: pharmaceutical products liability claims, consumer class actions, commercial disputes, state attorney general actions and wrongful death. Justin is a native New Mexican and graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law and earned his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University with honors.
