A blogger Matthew S. Chan was accused of stalking and harassment by Linda Ellis, a poet and author of the popular poem "The Dash." On his website, ExotrtionLetterInfo.com (ELI), Chan had made several n ... egative comments about Ellis and her copyright trolling program revolving around The Dash. Ellis sought and obtained a protective order against Chan that required him to remove from ELI not just the offending posts but all posts related to Ellis. We then stepped in and took the case to the Georgia Supreme Court. The Court agreed with our arguments and those of the amicus counsel we brought in that Chan's posts did not violate the stalking statute and were protected by the First Amendment.
