OUTCOME: I was able to show that parties were acting under a mutual mistake of fact and that agreement, as written, was unconscionable. Real estate provision of stipulation was declared void and Wife got her fair share of value of house.

Wife signed Stipulation of Settlement while represented by another law firm believing that there was a $500,000.00 tax lien on house which rendered it without equity. Wife gave up her interest in house ... to Husband in stipulation.
