Alleged victim accused my client of hitting him with a hammer. Alleged victim was seriously injured and my client was arrested with immigration hold due to her legal status. My client hired me to hel ... p her and we were able to show the DA that they arrested the wrong person. Through our investigation, we were able to show the DA that my client was the true victim. DA voluntarily released my client and wrote supporting letter to INS to get her released from ICE. She has received her green card and is now waiting to become a US citizen.
