The plaintiffs child was injured badly in a car accident on May 11, 2008. Her injuries included, but are not limited, to a severely fractured skull and traumatic brain injury. O'Connor, Esq., said the accident involving two motor vehicles occurred on May 11th, 2008, when the vehicle in which mother and her child were traveling in was rear-ended.. The plaintiffs alleged that the driver was driving as part of his employment at the time of the accident. The employer denied that the driver was in the course of his employment at the time of the accident. The case was settled three days before trial without admission of fault by any party.
