OUTCOME: Relief Requested was Granted

VICTORY! Congratulations to my client Mr. Guerra on his Level III Grievance before the Laredo Community College Board of Trustees. They unanimously voted to remove the chicken-shit letter of reprimand ... from his personnel file for contacting a Board Member to voice his concerns. We were able to restore him to his rightful place of professional prominence. I was honored to be a part of the process and advocate for his right and the right of every other college employee to be speak their mind. Freedom of Speech is still safe and sound at LCC.

This case went to arbitration where the Laredo Police Department's Disciplinary Review Board and it's Chief of Police's decision to suspend client for ten days without pay was reversed. More importantl ... y, their rush to judgment and finding of intoxication was reversed and my client's public image was restored.
