My daughter filed for divorce and Ms. Holden was the respondent's attorney. She could not get anything filed in an acceptable time frame and we had to have his current bank information subpoenaed because she never got it. When a settlement was made, she was tasked with writing up the Consent Decree.... That was 2 months ago. Repeated promises that it would be done "this week" were not kept. She then went out of town and after threatening with reporting to the Bar promised completed by end of business on March 17, 2015. It was not done. My daughter has been denied visitation until this is complete and is having to pay the respondent's medical insurance.
