I have extensive experience in criminal law. A Vietnam veteran, I bring a career in law enforcement, detention and public defense to the representation of clients. I handle criminal defense matters and SSI/SSDI matters for clients. I do flat fee agreements for criminal case clients and am a representative for SSA which means SSI/SSDI clients pay nothing up front and if and when there is recovery, I am paid directly out of that award from SSA. A father of three, I am active in my community and understand the stress the average person encounters when they enter the legal system.
