Licensed in both Arizona and California, Sandra A. Gardner brings fifteen years of estate planning experience to Sedona Lawyers, PLLC. A native of Orange County, California, she originally honed her skills at a California firm, resolving intricate trust and estate matters for her clients. At Sedona Lawyers, Sandra prides herself on providing personalized attention in a competent and timely manner, helping individuals and families prepare for life’s turning points. She earned her B.S. in Urban & Regional Planning at Cal Poly Pomona before obtaining her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. During law school, she garnered honors for her advocacy work, led the Appellate Moot Court Board, served on The Honor Council, and wrote for the NEXUS Law Journal. Sandra is an active member of the Arizona State Bar’s Estate Planning Section and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona.
My goal as an estate planning attorney is to help to keep you and your family members out of court and out of conflict. I will take all the time necessary to get to know you and your family members, so that your estate planning is the best fit for your family.
A guardianship is needed if a family member has a significant incapacity and no directives have been put in place. Court guardianship forms can be difficult to fill out, my goal is to make that process as easy as possible, so you can take care of the needs of your loved one.
I assumed as someone who has been married for over thirty years, that I would have no problem handling my spouse's financial affairs. However, without this important document in place financial institutions will not speak with me. Every individual should have a financial and health care POA.
Probate can be overwhelming for your family, my goal is to make that process as easy as possible while ensuring that your goals are met in a timely manner.
It is hard enough when someone loses a loved one, what I do not want is for there to be additional stress because your loved ones are having to deal with a court process. We can avoid this with proper planning.
You worked hard for the assets that you have, I want to help you to make sure that they are distributed in the way that you want without creating any stress for your family members.

Competent compassionate as well as business savvy
