MJ Vuinovich

MJ Vuinovich is a business law attorney and founding partner at Idora Law Studio, serving startups and growing businesses throughout Arizona and Colorado. Her practice focuses on contracts, governance, compliance, administrative law, and risk management. She advises clients in English and Spanish.

MJ brings experience across the public and private sectors — including as Associate General Counsel at Northern Arizona University, counsel to Coconino County, and private practice advising businesses on operational and regulatory matters. Before law, she worked as an internal auditor across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Her international background includes work with the U.N. Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the International Organization for Migration, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She is a Rotary International Peace Fellow and holds degrees from the University of Arizona (J.D.), the University of Queensland (M.A.), and the University of Montana (B.A.).
