After my first call to Bernard my hesitation was gone. He returned calls promptly and worked around my hectic work schedule for my appointments. Thanks to Bernard I have full custody of my daughters. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good family lawyer.

Severely lacks in the communication department. Does not respond to voice messages or e-mail. Claims he never got them. Claims to be an appellate attorney, but after further review, he's not. Makes appointments on his schedule without conferring or confirming with the client (e.g., "I'm available tom...orrow morning. Hope to see you then."). If you're like me, I have to work in the morning and can't just take time off without adequate prior notification. Thanks to his lack of effort and communication, I'm heading to the Supreme Court to retain my parental rights. He has 23 years practicing law in AZ yet still needs a lot of practice to get away from the Public Pretender's Roster.
