Michael Aaron Daniels

I hired Mike Daniels from Prescott to represent me for a felony. The state had no case against me but Mike rushed me into takeing the worst possible plea. The only thing he did in court was scribble down the fines the judge read out, the most meaningless of all the information. He was just preten...ding like he did some work. When the judged asked me about my education level, I said 8yrs university, and Mike said he didn't know that, even though I had already told him I played football at Abilene Christian University, its like he doesn't listen to his own clients. He manipulated me into thinking that it my life isn't going to change by takeing the plea, that I would be able to reside in the states where I have work, but it was all a lie. The amount of pain and suffering he caused my family and I would have paid him 100x times over to just defend me based on the basic lack of evidence in the case. He doesn't defend, hes more so on the side of the state.
