She cares, she knows her stuff

I have used Lynn for a very complicated custody battle, adoption and now probate. She sees you as a person, listens and cares. Her assistant Pam has also been great. Is she always available when you call, no..of course not. Does she get back to you?Yes, every single time. Would you want her leaving y...our meeting to take calls? I find it incredible how people feel free to be so critical behind keyboards. I would recommend this office highly and I consider myself rather difficult to please as I expect people to be on time, up front and have a good work ethic, which is hard to find nowadays.

I'm a lawyer -- Glad we consulted Ms. Harris!

I'm a 33-year litigation lawyer but not skilled at all in wills, trusts, and probate issues. My brother in law died suddenly, so I was helping my widowed sister in law. It was a potentially complicated case of an old will and prior marriages, so I asked a colleague in Scottsdale for a referral in Pr...escott -- and got Ms. Harris. Her paralegal, Pam, told me what we needed to send over, and we did. Ms. Harris reviewed the documents, met with us, and in a one-hour consultation answered every question and put our minds at ease. Ms. Harris is a good listener and straight-talker, two things I admire in a colleague. Based on our experience and the referral from the Scottsdale probate lawyer, I'd recommend Ms. Harris without hesitation to anyone!

Poor Decisions

I hired Ms. Harris to tend to a probate matter for my family. Ms. Harris made every effort to turn the case into a circus; threatening lawsuits where she had no legal standing, and prolonging the case for monetary gain. There are many good attorneys out there, find a different one.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
