Arizona doesn't have the most water of all the states which is why Arizonans have become the most inovative users of water around.  My legal practice is devoted to encouraging and finding ways for that innovation to flourish.  I'm from Arizona and from an early age playing in the San Pedro river I learned how special water in Arizona is. Since then I've made it a point to visit as many of our natural water sources as possible; because i like to think about how different areas have confronted their water challenges, and because I just like to play in water. 

I've spent more than a decade thinking about water as my profession.  It is with profound honor and respect for the necessity of continued sustainability that I am able to guide cities, businesses, communities, and individuals through the legal framework governing the most precious commodity we have in the desert.
