I prepare trusts, including special needs trusts. I represent trustees, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and family members in trust litigation. I prepare wills and powers of attorney, including wills with springing or testamentary trusts.

I represent personal representatives, executors, estate administrators, heirs beneficiaries, and family members in uncontested probates. I also handle contested or litigated (also known as formal) probate cases.

I help bring elder exploitation or elder abuse claims and file litigation, if necessary.
