Attorney was not available for arraignment. The court sent some one to the hallway to get an attorney to stand next to me. This is not representation. I have not seen any police reports and do not understand what I have been charged with. Does this state not have reciprocal discovery? You need t...o have investigators to assign to cases. Three years experience in AZ does not provide her with the expertise to try a case like mine. You are setting my case up for a post conviction.
