OUTCOME: The Court of Appeals upheld the lower court decision and held that my client was entitled to continue to recieve her alimony.

I represented the wife in a post divorce Judgement action whereby the husband attempted to stop paying alimony alleging my client was holding herself out as married to another man she was in a relation ... ship with in Florida. This case was argued before the New York Court of Appeals.
