I  continue to serve as an arbitrator in many cases, primarily under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association.  My roles have included service as a sole arbitrator, member of several panels, and chair of several panels.

My prior experience includes almost 20 years as a partner at a major international law firm; almost ten years as a law professor; and four years as the Chairman and CEO of the worldwide women's professional tennis tour.  Currently, I serve not only as an arbitrator, but also as a director of three companies -- two for-profit and one NFP:

1.  On Demand Books, LLC makes and sells machines that produce paperback books in minutes at the point of sale (bookstore, library, etc.) from digital files that are accessible through ODB's proprietary software.  

2.  Western Communications, Inc. publishes eight newspapers in Oregon and Northern California.

3.  Sea Education Association, Inc. provides semester-long courses, partly at its Woods Hole (MA) campus and partly at sea on 134-foot sailing ships. 

I am chair of the strategic planning committee at SEA, head the compensation committee at ODB, and serve on the audit committee at WesCom.
