Jessica Nicole White

Jessica N. White is the principal attorney of Jessica White Law, PLLC and has dedicated her practice exclusively to U.S. immigration and nationality law since 2013. Attorney White is a native of Houston, Texas and the daughter of immigrants from Colombia, Ireland, and Germany. Through stories from her family members, she understands the ambition, hard work, and tremendous sacrifice of immigrants who leave behind their country and family to seek out a new life in the United States. 

Attorney White has practiced immigration law at several law firms before starting her own practice, including as an associate attorney at one of the largest immigration firms in the United States. She has represented corporate clients in obtaining employment-based visas, defended individuals in removal proceedings before the immigration judge, and helped families reunite with their loved ones in the U.S. She is fluent in Spanish, and her practice assists both individuals and companies with their immigration needs.

Attorney White earned her law degree from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where she provided volunteer legal assistance in immigration and employment matters. She has provided pro bono legal assistance to migrants and asylum seekers at the U.S.-Mexico border through the American Bar Association’s South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation project (ProBAR). In her free time, she enjoys woodworking, quilting, and exploring the mountains around Tucson, Arizona with her husband and son.
