I would like to recommend Beth L. Kruchek, Esq. for creating an Estate plan and providing guidance as well as execution of the required documents. Prior to working with Beth, I had been attempting to create my own Will, Durable Power of Attorney as well as Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will, ...using "do-it-yourself" instructions I found in library books and on the Internet. However, I found myself being overwhelmed and uncertain of what was the best approach. Beth allowed me to finally achieve my goal in this regard. I will be forever grateful to her and would not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future if and when needed.

Shortly after giving birth to my son I was diagnosed with a brain tumor which required surgery with little time to prepare.
