Matthew Leath Rabb

Attorney Matthew L. Rabb is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. Following graduation in the spring of 2003 he moved to Washington, D.C. for a year, where he worked as an intern in the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions under Senator Edward M. Kennedy. He also worked volunteered and worked for Sen. Kennedy at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

After completing his internship with Senator Kennedy, Matthew moved to Oklahoma City where he attended Oklahoma City University School of Law. There he earned his J.D. in 2008, and immediately began working as an attorney alongside his father Chip. Matthew became an associate attorney at the Rabb Penny Law Firm, and delved into family law, personal injury, DUI law and estate planning, including wills, trusts and probate. After several years spent immersing himself in these areas of practice, Matthew realized he had a passion for helping clients in DUI law and personal injury, and began directing his focus to those areas.

Today Matthew continues to develop his trial and injury law practice as well as helping clients in DUI and estate planning matters, and was recently lead counsel in a multi-week jury trial against the BNSF Railway Company in California. His experience in DUI, estate planning and trial litigation compares to few others, and has earned him the honor of member and partner of Rabb & Rabb, PLLC.
