My case was very tough, dragging on. As Marc stepped up, he was very precise -- insisting on a fight each stakeholders could understand. Marc was kind enough to take my case after a serious incident where I was sideswiped by a Semi. He was exceptionally attentive, assisted with everything where I was certainly not reasonably able due to the medications I was taking. He sorted out the inaccurate information and actions on the part of m...y insurance company, kept me informed of every transaction between both parties and further spared no stern words when confronted with a less than pliable - not to mention discourteous and obstructionist - contact at the insurance company representing the driver that hit me. At no point were they pliable and Marc never once flinched against their tactics. Beyond that, the work of he and his legal team provided was spectacular and each of them were quite well understanding despite the duration required for the case. In the end an amenable solution was reached and the other driver's representatives paid for the damage to my vehicle and that of myself.
