Iliana: We appreciate having this opportunity to not only thank you again for your service, but to write a bit about our experience with you in our niece’s (Evelyn) case. As we began this process Silvia and I were reasonably concerned with what the courts could decide and also how it could af...fect Evelyn and her future. These concerns were soon erased as you explained and described the process that laid ahead and what your part of it entailed. Iliana, you brought a sense of peace to Silvia and I and more importantly, when we sat with you the morning of the hearing, you brought peace to Evelyn concerning the case. Your calm demeanor and confidence was evident and we never wavered knowing you were the right person for the three of us. As corny as it may sound, you took care of us and we are grateful.
