An exceptional attorney

After searching for months our prayers were answered when we found Mr. Watkins. From our first meeting with Joe we felt he was honest with us and genuinely interested in helping us with our insurance bad faith claim. Joe is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very down to earth. This was a very ...stressful and difficult time for our family and for the first time during this whole insurance nightmare, we felt we weren't alone anymore. Rosemary our paralegal was also with us every step always responding quickly and keeping us posted on our case. Finding the Joseph W. Watkins Law Office was a God send! I would highly recommend this law firm!

An honest, trustworthy and effective attorney

In 1996 I purchased for $60.00 two paintings at an estate sale that were later sold by my wife and me for over $1,000,000.00. A very accurate story about the purchase, sale and lawsuit involved is contained in the link below. We request you leave the link to our story in this review After the... lawsuit was filed against us for recovery of the proceeds from the art works sale we felt we were becoming victims of the legal system. We consulted with Christies Attorneys and several other prominent legal teams in Manhattan, Dallas, Phoenix and Tucson who all advised us to settle the case by making a negotiated settlement with the Plaintiffs. We knew we had done no wrong and were fearful that injustice might prevail. We had a relationship with Joseph Watkins via some previous legal matters. Upon consulting with Joe about the lawsuit he told us that he felt it was egregious and that the plaintiffs had no legal standing to recover anything from the transaction. We were shocked but very pleased that a local attorney we knew and trusted had such a strong feeling and incredible confidence about his knowledge of this matter. Joe told us that under no circumstances should we negotiate with the plaintiffs attorney and he would insure we would prevail if we would but trust him with our defense. We did prevail and in doing so Joe set a precedent with this case that continues to draw national attention and to this day is still an interesting, lively topic for discussion at estate, tag and garage sales where ever we travel throughout the USA. www.fcassociates.com/ntrice.htm

If your insurance company is trying to cheat you, call Mr. Joseph W Watkins

I had the privilege of having representation by Mr. Watkins for the previous 18 months. He represented my husband and I in a wrongful insurance claim against my insurance company. The company tried to get out of paying a claim for damages on my home as a result of a hail storm. Once I figur...ed out that my insurance company had no intention of paying for all the damage, I contacted Mr. Watson as a referral of one of my neighbors and his former client. I explained my situation to Mr. Watson, and he drove to my home (Phoenix, AZ) from (Tucson, AZ) the next day. Once he evaluated our home, and reviewed the correspondence between the insurance company and myself, he knew I had a case. He started immediately. Mr. Watson and his Assistant kept us informed on our case a regular basis, either by phone, email, text and once in awhile a friendly visit. He not only won our case but also held the responsible party accountable for their wrong doing. This would have never happened with out his area of expertise. I urge anyone that that needs an attorney to call this gentleman. He is one of a kind. Thank you Mr. Watson- Jamie S.
