Few years ago, my green card application was in a mess. The company lawyer was really giving me a hard time. I requested the company to change my current lawyer. Thankfully, they assigned Jose to me. Jose was very thorough and he was very helpful. He knew exactly what was required. When something was... not clear, he used to email/call me and make sure that our green card petition was rock solid. He would ask me for all the relevant information/support letters and he spent lot of effort in making sure that the final petition was very thorough and unambiguous. He was very dedicated and he made sure that we had all our bases covered - e.g. getting support letters from people all over the world, from having a good mix of people from academics and industry to support me, from making sure that my achievements during my studies and during my current job were both well represented, that my paper reviews and papers published were properly highlighted, and so on. The whole experience of trying for a green card was mentally overbearing for me as my wife's employment depended on that. Jose was kind enough to give me the legal and mental support which I needed, and his efforts and commitment to the green card application made me feel confident and I also respected his work ethics. I strongly recommend him, especially for people seeking employment based green card.

Don’t go there !! There is no Ethical of professional anymore!! Please read to the end I’ll write the same review somewhere else. I had an appointment with Wolf and Sultan P.C on October 09 2018. I’m an international student having J1 visa. My case really clear and I have listed all the points f...rom another attorneys,I’ve met. I tried to figure out if there is any other options. I have met with two big firms in Phoenix and they said sorry they can’t help me. Anyway, I meet Mr. Jose Vazquez at wolf and Sultan firm in Tucson. I’ve really disappointed of that meeting. I could say I have been misleading by this attorney !!! I explained my case and Mr.Jose re-said the same but in his way!! He started laying to me. The only reason was to get the consultation fee which is supposed to be toward the services later if there is services. Me: Am I gonna pay fee ( you didn’t help me) !! Jose: we’ll help you with a no objective letter Me: how ? Mr Jose : looked so confused he said you apply it and then they gonna send it to us !! Me: how they are gonna send it to you ? Mr. Jose : well every country they have an avenue where you could apply for that WHICH IS NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION !!! I realized that moment, this dude is lying because USCIS said very clearly you have to get a waiver letter from your embassy at Washington !! By the way before we have started talking I told him I’ve been told by another attorney about that !!! But he didn’t realized I understood him very well he just making things up to get the fee. what a shame !! Finally, I’ve a career for 8 years I HAVE NEVER CHARGED OR SEEN ANYONE OF MY COWORKERS CHARGED A PERSON WITHOUT SERVICES WE CALLED THIS ETHICAL OF THE PRACTICE !!! NO SERVICES NO FEES. THE MEETING WAS ABOUT 20 mins .. 10 mins Mr. Jose went to check something!! I’ve been charged for $175 for nothing !! You just said the same what I’ve told you a minute ago !!!
