I am the Managing Partner of Lippman Recupero LLC, a nationwide leader in collection and litigation services for consumer and commercial debt and subrogation recovery. With over 18 years of experience as an attorney and over 40 years of experience in the collection industry, I have developed a strong expertise in creditors' rights, insurance subrogation, commercial and retail collection law, property management, product liability claims, and FDCPA defense. I hold a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a BS in Electronic Commerce from Northeastern University, and I am licensed to practice law in several states, including Arizona, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and Texas. I am also a certified CLE instructor by the State Bar of Arizona.
