Secured creditors do not have to file proof of claim but it is good practice to do anyway.

Co debtor stay does not apply in chapter 7 if that is where you want to go with this.

You might get arrested. Debt collection usually does not include going to the debtors home.

Payment plans have to be agreed upon by the opposing party. She sounds like a good candidate for bankruptcy.

You can apply for a writ and then serve it upon the bank then send a copy to the judgement debtor.

If you are in breach of the contract, and you probably are, then they can file a complaint and obtain a judgement.
