If the judgement was entered the statute of limitations is not relevant. You may need to reopen and amend the schedules to include the insurance...

I would respond. I would not want a judgement entered in a case with an affidavit of service that had my address on it.

Was just served a warrant in debt for a cc I opened in June 2006. Last payment made was 2007. Can I beat it on SOL grounds?

Someone needs to communicate with the bank by letter and phone to show proof of the discharge. Make sure to respond to any lawsuit filed against...
