The homestead exemption trumps the judgement but if the property is sold after the lien attaches then you won't get title insurance without first...

If the trustee has already abandoned the property then you can argue it is no longer property of the estate nor is the incentive check.

All the bonding company can do is inform the court and then the judge can modify your conditions of release which could mean you go into custody.
