Someone was ordered to pay me a little over $3000 through an order of protection almost 3 years ago. He has yet to pay me back.

Go back to court and request that a judgement be entered than get a writ and attach his assets like his wages. You need a lawyer.

You can bring him back to family court to enforce the decree, obtain a judgement and garnish his wages. You will need the help of an attorney.
