Is cram down allowed on primary residence mortgage with no 2nd lien? If not, what if i convert it to a rental property?

When you cram the debt must be paid in full over the life of the plan. That usually makes the plan unfeasible .

Once the Complaint is filled and served you can use the discovery process to achieve your goal then you can file a Motion to Dismiss.

Sounds like a discharge violation which is actionable. You need the right lawyer. Choose wisely.

Maybe. A carefully written decree if dissolution might help you but so might a bankruptcy petition.

Accept service and then you will know what you are facing. Sooner or later they will serve you.

Can a creditor continue collections efforts for a HELOC that is currently in foreclosure? Property has not been sold yet?

The Heloc is like a credit card debt. They can pursue the promissory note foreclosure or not.
