Probably not. Child support orders generally trump bankruptcy rules.

It's simple, file a motion to quash the warrant. Hire a lawyer so you don't have to turn yourself in.

If they obtain a judgement than they can attempt to collect the debt via wage garnishment or a non earnings garnishment of cash in a bank account....
