SOL is not an issue once judgement is entered. Renewal is the issue.

Yes the can be included. your plan payment will have four or five components. too much ti discuss here. you need a lawyer.

If he has money and they get a judgement then the money is subject to levy. Yes they can take it.

In chapter 13 you will payoff the credit card debt interest free. That is a big benefit. Do the math!

If you file and claim you have no equitable interest on the property you should only file chapter 13 so you can dismiss if challenged.
