David Ruiz

I am principally a commercial litigator and have successfully represented numerous businesses and individuals in all phases of commercial litigation and arbitration in both California and Arizona, with the majority of my experience derived from defending and advising small and medium-sized businesses in product liability, breach of contract, and warranty disputes, and with respect to labor and employment matters, including wage claims and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  I also routinely advise clients with respect to business formation, purchase, and management.  My practice also includes high value estate and trust litigation, medical malpractice defense, and litigating Hague Petitions involving international child abduction.
