I am a Managing Partner for Goldberg & Osborne. My practice is devoted exclusively to Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law and has specifically focused on large, catastrophic cases generally involving defective products, wrongful death, or catastrophic injuries. I have obtained settlements and jury verdicts over $1 Million for my clients. I have also argued successfully in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I speak on lien issues for the Pima County Bar and the Arizona Trial Lawyers. As a Management Attorney, I meet with Firm lawyers, review case files and make sure that Goldberg & Osborne meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. I also oversee the creation and implementation of Policies and Procedures and conducts in-house seminars for the firm.

I have been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1992 and a member of the State Bar of California since 1993. I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court in Arizona, the United States District Court in California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I am a member of the Arizona Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice, and the Pima County Bar Association.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from the University of Arizona in General Studies, focused on Business, Political Science, and Humanities. Iattended James E. Rogers College of Law where I graduated with my Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. During law school, I completed a judicial clerkship with the Navajo County Superior Court in Holbrook.

I previously sat as the Chair of the State Bar Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialization Advisory Commission. I continue to sit on this Commission.

I sit on the board of many charitable organizations. Most notably, I am the past-Chair of the Tucson Zoological Society, the past Capital Campaign Chair for Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, and I also sit on my Church's Vestry.
