For the past 6 years I have and am currently primarily working on Social Security Disability cases in federal court, filing written appeals on behalf of those who have been denied disability by the Social Security Administration.

I was an Administrative Law Judge at the Industrial Commission of Arizona for primarily workers' compensation cases for 4 years until about 6 years ago when I went into private practice. In my current private practice I also take on some cases representing folks before the Industrial Commission after they have been injured at work. Prior to becoming an ALJ at the Arizona ICA I represented the injured before the ICA, and at federal court for employment and housing discrimination.
