THIS ATTORNEY HAS NO ETHICS!

I truly wish I had seen this before I hired him. I hired him an a complex litigation with my ex-husband. I was trying to collect on a near $200k Judgment from our 2017 divorce. My original attorney retired, and I hired Mr. Aaron. From Jan. to June he filed three pleadings, all three had the wrong... information and figures. He filed my pretrial statement on the disclosure deadline after having 6 months to prepare for it. Again, it had everything wrong that the RMS statement had in Ja., plus did not provide the court with the documented evidence I provided him. On top of that he filed it with out my review. He then submitted another incorrect Amended Pretrial statement. Right after he sent me my very first invoice for over $14k, on top of the $7,500 I already paid him. When I questioned him about this “padded”, in-earned bill, he quit. 5 weeks to trial, I could not find another attorney that could prepare for my case in that short of time. My motion to continue was denied. We had already had two , Mr. Aaron caused one of them. I was forced to go to trial , by myself, against an extremely aggressive attorney and a bias judge who had decided the case before we arrived. He went “off the record”, and wiped out my ex-husband’s Judgment , affirmed by another Judges ruling, twice. He gave no legal reasons for it, then denied my Motion for Reconsideration and request for trial that was suppose to take place that day. I walked out with $20k because I had to attorney to protect my rights! I filed a claim with the American Bar Assoc. Against Mr. Aaron and we had an Arbitration hearing. I won, and he was forced to refund most of my retainer fee. Since he agreed to arbitration, it does not go ion record for the public to see. So, that is why I am sharing my experience here. Do not hire this person!
