Jodi Grassmeyer

This lawyer does things without notice to clients and find ways to overcharge the client for it. She always have a conflict of interest and the one she can get the most money from she will take that case even if the information she has is not correct. She continuously go against lawyers ethics when r...epresenting a cases. I would not recommend her to anyone. If you hire her it is like spending unnecessary money, you are better off representing yourself.

Ms. Grassmeyer is very unethical. She did not disclose to us when we interviewed her that she was affiliated with another contractor we had and she was their agent. When we needed her to represent us against the other contractor, she found herself in a conflict of interest position and chose to def...end the other contractor who happened to be her husband. She was hired to collect delinquencies. It was expressed to her that before any action was taken she had to receive permission from us. She failed to notify us of any action she was taking to obtain our permission. We bagan seeing fees not authorized being charged and taken out of our operating accounts. This is very dishonest and along the lines of fraud. I would not recommend her to anyone.
