Mr. Wiggins was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Tucson in 1979. He received his Associate of Arts degree from the College of DuPage, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, in 1979. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1985. He worked with the Mercaldo Law Firm since 1986, after a clerkship at an insurance defense firm and a brief stint at the Tucson City Prosecutor’s Office. He opened the Wiggins Law Offices in 2006.
Mr. Wiggins is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Mr. Wiggins is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Trial Practice Section), the American Association for Justice (formerly the Assocition of Trial Lawyers of America), the Arizona Association for Justice (formerly the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association) (member Board of Directors), the American Bar Association (Section of Litigation), the Pima County Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Wiggins has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory -- the highest rating a lawyer can obtain basd upon reviews from other lawyers and judges with whom a lawyer works.
Mr. Wiggins was a member of a panel presenting a continuing education program on Governmental Liability for Domestic Violence and Child Abuse at a State Bar of Arizona Convention, and regularly presents seminars to lawyers for continuing professional education regarding damages in civil actions, uninsured and underinsured motorist autombile insurance claims and evidence and expert witnesses. He also annually presents a lecture on automobile and liability insurance to legal assistant students at Pima Community College.
Mr. Wiggins continues to handle cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, bar and club liability for overserving alcohol, premises liability, medical and dental malpractice, and appeals.

Tony did an amazing job.
Tony handled a case for my wife years ago that was very compacted and had many twist and turns. In the end I feel he did an amazing job of representing her and she ended up being compensated well. I am doughtful many others in his field would have won the case.
