Keeping my CDL

I was in danger of loosing my Commercial Driver's License and possibly my job over a minor moving violation(too many in one year). Patrick Moran helped get this citation completely dismissed and at reasonably rate that I was glad to pay.

Commercial license protection

I received a citation for using a hand held device ( cell phn ) which is a automatic termination with most freight companies not to mention the damage to my personal and employers csa score. Patrick was able to have it dismissed without missing one minute of work. As incentive to get this done ...quickly Patrick was offered a extra fee as a bonus which he decline. Honesty is a rare commodity and hard to find at times of need. It was refreshing to find someone who cared more about my case than lining his pockets. I was so impressed as was my company with Patrick's professionalism and dedication to the client he is now being recommend as a optional legal source to all of our drivers from Phoenix to Nogales and all points between the two. I can't thank you enough Patrick for your help.

Excellent and Fast

Mr. Moran did a great job. We had a situation where a mistake by the MVD led to my license and vehicle registration being suspended and a $1000 fine. He got everything dismissed in a day and kept us informed the entire time. He will help you and I can't recommend him enough.

A Great Attorney!

Patrick was able to convince the detective that his story would not hold water with the judge and to drop the traffic violations he had cited me for. He had the detective changing his story several times by careful and exact questioning. While I did accept a deal to get the charges dropped for a mu...ch lower generic fine and no points on my license, he was prepared to go all the way to get everything dropped if I was willing to risk it.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
