I hired David because I was in a horrible wreck. The insurance company did not want to pay me enough money for my car and injuries. He assured me that in the situation that I was in and how my accident occurred that he could help. He made me feel very special and important. He made sure that my case ...was compensated to the fullest way possible. I really appreciate him and his amazing staff. I will make sure to come back for if anything were to occur again.

I experienced working with Karnas on a personal injury case. Without going into too much detail, Karnas basically agreed to a settlement without my permission but tried to convince me that I did agree to it. When considering leaving the firm in attempts to find another lawyer to take over the case,... I ran into another professional in the legal field who advised me to leave if I can as he knows of someone who represented one of David's former clients. In the situation described David also forced the former client to settle for less than he/she deserved because David did not place enough effort in working-up the client's case. In my situation, David tried to mislead me into believing I agreed to a settlement when email correspondance showed otherwise. It was an unethical move in which the court helped to rectify the decision without having to file malpractice. My advice is if you have a case that may be arduous in working up, please move away from using David Karnas. There appears to be a pattern with Karnas that you will have to settle for significantly less money simply because his firm may not be interested in doing the basic workup on your case.
